Managing the team calendar is often a nightmare, especially when organising the guys who look after maintenance on various projects.
So you can now manage the team in BRCKS, along with their task lists and job reports!

PRO TIP - Make the management team members ‘Calendar Admins’ for them to see all events for each project
You can now set project reminders in BRCKS and give them due dates
* Boiler Service due
* AC Service needed
* It’s 3pm, crack open a beer
You can even tag others into the reminder, ie, tag the plumber into the Boiler Service reminder.
The reminders will pop up on your feed a few days before they are due.
The notifications pane drove me a little crazy, so we gave it an overhaul.
There is an easy option to ‘clear all’ notifications (top right), and you can see all your old notifications too, just incase you accidentally cleared one.

PRO TIP - If you are desktop/laptop based, use the desktop site
You can now upload multiple photos to posts.
This makes documenting progress on site much faster and really helps when looking back at historical data 🔎
Who doesn’t want to be liked!
You can now react to posts with a thumbs up. 👍
This is a really quick way to let others know you’ve received their post and saves the good ol’ WhatsApp message - “did you receive the post I just put on BRCKS?”
Filter your feed to see things you’ve sent or received, or filter by priority status……..more on this below!

You can now add your email address and website to your profile page.
This is a great way to easily find users contact details to phone or email them
The BIG one………….Checklists are finally here!
You can assign tasks to team members.
Sharing the post (tagging) with others will allow them to monitor and track progress too.
When tasks are marked as complete, the team member will be prompted to enter the time taken and materials used.
You will get notified of this, so you can invoice accordingly.
They can even add an image of the completed task to keep on file.
Tasks with due dates are here too.
You can also add photos or videos to these tasks to give more information to the relevant team members.
