What's in the demo

It's an open screen recording of the BRCKS desktop app — the side of BRCKS that managers, owners and the office use. No staged data, no perfect-world walkthrough, nothing polished. What you see is the tool as it looks on a normal working day.

Why watch it first
Most construction software fails on site for one reason: it asks the site team to change how they work. BRCKS doesn't. The trades carry on in WhatsApp, and the office gets the structure — diaries, snag lists, RFIs, variations and a client portal, all built from what was already being said on site.

It is aimed at the person who ends up carrying the admin — usually a director, owner or project manager running somewhere between two and fifty live jobs with a small office team and a rotating cast of subcontractors. Does it work if my subcontractors never install anything? Yes — they stay in WhatsApp, and that is the point. What happens to voice notes? They are transcribed and filed like text.
