Who counts as a seat?

A paid seat is anyone on your in-house core team who logs into the BRCKS dashboard to view, manage or report on projects.

Subcontractors, trades and clients are always free. They get the access they need without ever counting as a seat.

Why subcontractors are free

Most construction software charges per user, which quietly guarantees an incomplete record: the moment a twelfth subbie costs another licence, someone gets left off the system and their photographs, hours and snags never make it into the project history. We would rather charge your core team properly and let everyone else on for nothing, because a complete record is the entire point of the product.

So invite every trade, every supplier and every client on every project. They stay in WhatsApp or use the free client portal, and none of them affects your bill.

What a typical bill looks like

A five-person office team on the annual plan is five seats at £40 per seat per month plus VAT — £200 a month, £2,400 a year plus VAT, with unlimited projects and unlimited free subcontractor and client access. A two-person builder pays for two seats. A ten-person contractor with three site managers who sign in pays for thirteen.

Nothing scales with turnover, project value or number of jobs, and there is no per-project fee. If you want to put that against the admin hours and unbilled variations it replaces, use the savings calculator.

Billing, trials and cancelling

The trial is 14 days with no card required and no sales call. Annual billing saves 20% — effectively two months free — and monthly billing is £50 per seat if you would rather stay flexible. All prices exclude VAT. You can add or remove seats as your team changes, and you can cancel at any time; your data remains exportable.
