We are UK-based, so replies land in UK working hours. If something is broken on a live job, say so in the subject line and it jumps the queue.

What happens on a call

A walkthrough runs about 45 minutes and needs no preparation beyond being able to name two live jobs. We set one of them up in front of you, send a couple of real messages into WhatsApp, and watch them turn into a dated site diary entry, a snag with a photo and an assignee, and a variation with a cost against it. Then we work out which of your people actually need paid seats — usually fewer than you expect, because subcontractors, trades and clients are free.

You will not be shown a slide deck of features. If BRCKS is a poor fit for how you work, we will say so on the call rather than let you find out in week three of a trial.

Questions we get asked most

  • Will the trades actually use it? They carry on using WhatsApp exactly as they do now. Nothing to install, no account to create, no training session.
  • What does it cost with twelve subbies? The same as with none. Only your core team consumes a paid seat — from £40 per seat per month billed annually. See pricing.
  • Whose data is it? Yours. You can export projects, photos and records, and we will help you do it if you leave.
  • Is there a contract? A 14-day free trial with no card, then monthly or annual. Cancel from the billing area whenever you like.
  • Does it replace our accounts package? No. BRCKS holds the site record — diary, snags, variations, RFIs, costs — and feeds it to whatever you invoice from.

A few things you can answer faster yourself: pricing is £40 per seat per month billed annually for your core team, with subcontractors, trades and clients free. Support, data and privacy requests

For account changes, data exports or deletion requests, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will confirm the request before acting on it. Account deletion can also be requested at delete your account. How we handle your information is set out in the privacy policy and terms of service.
