What happens after you sign up

  1. Your WhatsApp number. Your company gets a dedicated BRCKS number. Add it to the site group, or invite trades one by one.
  2. Your first project. We create the project, plots and rooms from the details you give us, so you log in to something real rather than an empty shell.
  3. Your team. Paid seats are the people in your own business who sign in. Subcontractors, trades and clients are invited free.
  4. Day one. Everyone keeps messaging as normal. The site diary, snags, costs and variations start building themselves the same afternoon.

Pricing during and after the trial

The trial is 14 days of the full product with no payment taken. After that, paid seats are £40 per seat per month billed annually or £50 billed monthly, plus VAT — and only for your core team. Subcontractors, trades and clients never cost anything, so widening a project to every trade on site does not change your bill. Unlimited projects are included on every plan. See full pricing or work out the return with the savings calculator.

Getting the most out of the first two weeks

Pick one live project rather than migrating everything. Add the BRCKS number to that project's WhatsApp group, tell the team nothing, and after a week compare the automatic record against what you would have written yourself. Most teams notice three things: the site diary is already written, snags have photo evidence and an owner, and at least one variation has been captured that would otherwise have been absorbed.

What you need before you start

Very little. Your company name and address, the name of one live project, and the mobile numbers of the people you want on it. That is enough for Guided Setup to build a real workspace. You do not need drawings, a programme, a data export from your last system or an IT person. If you already have a list of plots or units, send it and we will create them in bulk rather than making you type them in.

Mobile verification is required because BRCKS runs on WhatsApp — the number is how your team's messages find the right company.

Common questions before starting

Do we need a card? No — the 14-day trial takes no payment. Can we trial it on a real job? That is the only sensible way to trial it. Do subcontractors need to agree to anything? They message a number, the same as they message you today. Can we add seats later? Yes, up or down, whenever your team changes. What if it is not for us? Cancel and nothing is charged, and you can export whatever you created. Anything else, email [email protected] and a human answers.

Rolling it out to the team

The teams that succeed do not announce it. They add the BRCKS number to the existing site group and carry on. Site managers install the mobile app if they want photos and snags at their fingertips; the office works in the web app; subcontractors and clients do nothing at all. Habits worth encouraging once people see it working: name the plot at the start of a message, caption photographs with a sentence, and report client changes as changes so they get priced. The WhatsApp playbook covers the rest.
